Enjoy an evening run or walk with all abilities as you traverse the beautiful downtown area along the river on a group run ranging from ~3.5 to 6 miles. You will be able to choose the standard route or add-on to make it longer.
All abilities are encouraged and welcome - we have a range of folks ranging from 15 min/mile to ~7 min/mile on most weeks. Stick around after the run for push-ups and core work led by Blue OX Running staff and/or owners!
WE MEET ON THE PARKING LOT / PATH AT THE END OF GRAY ST ONE BLOCK FROM THE STORE. If you don't know where to go, just come to the store a bit before 6pm and we'll walk there with you!
NOTE: Maps are generally posted the day of the group run mid-afternoon on our Facebook group & mobile app. You can also use the app to check-in after the run and earn points for gift cards!

WHY A COACH?
Weve helped runners complete their first 5k, runners qualify for the Boston Marathon, and beyond. Young. Old. Working parents. Newbies. Veterans. Road. Trail. Weve been at this a long time. We ourselves are first runners. We absolutely love to run and know achieving goals that YOU set can be a very rewarding part of running and living a balanced, structured life. Were here to help.
